Pulsar UV was founded by four friends to make films, but has pivoted to provide rapid COVID-19 tests for film sets to keep productions rolling safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Movie and television productions went dark in Ontario when the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the province last spring, but that’s when the light went on for four Windsor natives employed in the entertainment industry.

We are honoured to announce that ‘Willa’ has won the Steam Whistle Jury Award at the Kingston Canadian Film Festival.
